A five-story, 87,000 square-foot building in West Seattle that provides 82 units of permanent affordable housing and a Community space.
Unity Commons
A five-story 46,000 square-foot building in Olympia that provides 65 units of permanent affordable housing and a 58-bed 24/7 enhanced shelter on the ground floor.
Capitol Campus Childcare Center
A single-story, 9,600 square-foot childcare facility in Olympia, that serves state employees and their families. It has six (6) classrooms, a light-duty commercial kitchen and a nature-based learning playground.
Ethiopian Community Village
A 78,800 square-foot project in South Seattle that includes a five-story building with 90 apartments, a 5,000 square-foot Community space, a cafe and lounge area, and an outdoor amenity space.
James & Marilyn Walton Apartments
A five-story 51,000 square-foot building in Tacoma, that provides 43 units of affordable housing. The building design and services support residents’ restoration for long term stability. Project amenities include a community room, outdoor gathering space, bike storage and shared laundry.
